Based across our Residential Homes and Trust Office, you will be responsible for supporting services with general administrative tasks.
We are now recruiting for casual administrative staff to provide short notice / temporary administrative support within our Residential Homes and Trust Offices. The main duties include general administration tasks, archiving, reception duties, typing residents’ care plans, filing and financial returns.
To succeed in this role you will need to be able to work at a fast pace, be organised and have a flexible approach. You will also need to have good attention to detail, and great customer service skills, as you will spend much of your day liaising with internal and external customers.
- Be looking for flexible work on a temporary basis
- Have knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to work to deadlines
- Perform well under pressure
- Be able to organise their own workload
- Enjoy meeting and talking to new people
