**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Input data onto our Fleet Management System
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with a real customer focus, directing enquiries to the appropriate people
- Liaise with third party suppliers to ensure compliance documentation is completed accurately
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical tasks, ensuring all information is up to date
- Liaise directly with Head Office for financial admin tasks
- Deal with post, filing etc
- Ad hoc administration duties as and when required

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Previous general administration experience is essential
- Proficient computer skills
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Knowledge of the HGV industry desirable yet not essential

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £17,800.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
