**Role overview**

The Role of the driver is to collect and deliver vehicles and to carry out related administration tasks in accordance withCompany procedures and standards. You will also be responsible to carry out maintenance work and resolve maintenance problems as necessary

**Key responsibilities**

As a Driver your key responsibilities will be:

- To greet all customers courteously on arrival at retailer
- To direct all customers to Service Reception via the used car forecourt
- To control all collections and deliveries of vehicles
- To move vehicles around company premises as required
- To assist workshop staff in moving vehicles between the workshop and the car park
- To check and record damaged areas on all vehicles
- To keep the car park clean and tidy, and clear of weeds and rubbish
- To fill in all daily controls and pass these on to management at the end of every day
- To ensure all vehicles left overnight are in the upper car park and are secure
- To keep the lower car park as clear as possible for customer parking
- To perform other duties in support of other team members as required
- To produce, make amendments and maintain all point of sale for both showroom and forecourt vehicles.

As a driver you will need to have the following skills and attirbutes:

- Full, clean driving licence
- To understand basic vehicle layout.
