iSupply Group are recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor at our clients warehouse, dealing with nationwide contract logistics and supply chain management.

This is a temporary to permanent role.

As a **Warehouse Supervisor** you will contribute to the success of the site by supporting the Warehouse Manager in the day-to-day running of the operation, ensuring all aspects of rework and container destuffing are maintained, ensuring all aspects of Health Safety within the Warehouse are maintained and product is picked and dispatched to the highest standard in order to meet contractual KPI’s.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for ensuring that Health Safety is ‘No1 on the agenda’ aligned with the overall site and business goals and guidelines.
- Manage and motivate the shift team in order to ensure that productivity and service KPI’s are achieved or exceeded.
- Deliver communication briefings so that all shifts are aware of all Company and local issues and employees are able to offer input, improvements and feel involved.
- Develop all team members so that their contributions to the Warehouse can be maximised and succession plan.
- Carry out disciplinary and grievance interviews and investigations in line with Company procedure.
- Monitor and control sickness absence levels in line with Company policy and carry out return to work interviews effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor and control time and attendance system.
- To offer regular feedback, formal and informal, on team and individual performance, including behavioural issues and highlighting good performance and areas for further development.
- Labour planning, by ensuring the appropriate levels of overtime and agency workers to efficiently and cost effectively run the shift.
- Enforce and adhere all Company policies and procedures.
- Support Warehouse Manager in any all aspects of the operation.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
- Should have good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, conciliation skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines.
- Working knowledge of WMS systems would be useful but not essential.
- Experience in a packing, or e-commerce operation would be advantageous.
- Able to demonstrate a high level of detail.
- PC Literate in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

**Working Hours Salary**
- 4 on 4 off
- 6pm-6am (Nights)
- £14.63 whilst temporary rising to £35,000 pa once taken permanent
