My client, based in London, is looking to recruit a Senior Finance Officer - Service Charge on a 12-month maternity cover contract.This role offers a great hybrid structure where office attendance is only required once per week. The main responsibilitiesof the role include:

- Working closely with the customer service team to provide a high standard of service to tenants
- Maintaining tenants’ Service Charge accounts and creating new accounts
- Producing verifications and the actuals for the Service Charges.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for an organisation that has high standards and big ambitions. The right person for the role should have:

- Ideally be AAT with a strong background in finance
- Previous experience in Service Charges
- this could be in social housing, a private sector organisation or a local authority
- A team-orientated attitude with the ability to work autonomously when required.
