**The role**
**Salary: **£9.90 per hour
**Hours**:20 hours per week - 2pm-6pm but hours may be negotiable
**Location**:Bedford
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Catering Assistant within the homeless prevention service in. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing basic meals for customers (heating pre-cooked meals)
- Serving customers food and drinks
- Maintaining hygiene levels including general cleaning and temperature checks
- Presenting a clean and welcoming service and kitchen area
- Customer interaction

**What you will need to succeed**
- Have a “Can Do” & friendly attitude is vital
- Be hygiene aware - cleaning is a key part of this role
- Have basic food hygiene knowledge - essential
- Posses strong Communication skills - We need a “People Person”
