Ambassador Pools and Leisure is a family-owned business with over 50 years of experience in supplying the UK pool market. We operate three successful showrooms in Ringwood, Southampton, and West Stour, alongside a thriving online retail website and construction division.

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a positive and self-motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and energetic environment and enjoy working systematically and productively. We own the entire industrial site here at Ambassador Pools and currently have 7 warehouses, with another one being built. Our business is very seasonal, extremely busy in the summer and quieter in the winter, but still with a nice steady flow of work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Picking and packing products for orders.
- Ensuring all items are correctly labelled and ready for dispatch.
- Managing stock inventory and performing regular checks.
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- A moderate level of fitness to comfortably carry out manual handling tasks, including bending, stretching, stooping, stepping, reaching, and lifting.
- Good range of mobility to work safely and effectively.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team player mentality.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Forklift license would be a plus, but not essential.

Pay: £10.50-£13.90 per hour
