Gallagher are looking for Customer Sales Advisors in Wakefield for a new and exciting opportunity

**Summary of the role**:

- These are permanent roles, based in Wakefield
- Gallagher are recruiting for two separate roles, with different shift patterns:

- Full-time, Monday to Friday with shifts between 8am-8pm, with a 9am-1pm Saturday shift every 3 weeks
- Full time, Monday to Thursday with shifts between 9am-8pm, Friday 9am-6pm, with a 9am-1pm Saturday shift every 3 weeks
- Annual salary is from £23,000, with commission and bonuses

**What you’ll be doing**:
Our Customer Sales Advisors take inbound and outbound calls from customers and clients, so **no cold calling** You’ll be quoting new business insurance quotes and renewals over the phone whilst inputting details into our quote engine to generate the best price for our customers.

You might need to balance multiple tasks at the same time, utilise a range of systems and will work in a dynamic, friendly, agile team.

**Skills and experience we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience in a sales or regulated environment is desired, but not required. We are open to anyone with customer focused experience
- You will enjoy speaking to customers, be able to build strong rapport and take a genuine interest in their needs
- We are looking for new colleagues that will fit in with our fun but results-driven culture
- The ability to perform basic maths tasks and simple IT systems
