**Position: Temporary Receptionist**

**Location: Inverness**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, making them feel valued and comfortable.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently, ensuring accurate message-taking and proper call routing.
- Handle incoming mail and packages, distributing them to appropriate recipients.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a positive image of the company.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments, displaying flexibility and adaptability.
- Handle inquiries from clients and vendors, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support the overall functioning of the office environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring efficiency in managing tasks.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy work setting.
- Professional appearance and behavior, representing the company's values and image.
- Knowledge of basic administrative tasks and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

- Inverness: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Reception: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
