Connect Appointments are recruiting for a reliable and motivated individual to become a Data Entry Operative or Document Scanner/Prepper with our Heywood based client on a fixed-term basis, as part of their exciting new project.

This role requires individuals who can be committed to the project, interpret/analyse printed and written data and are able to use IT systems and apps competently. With the ability to follow detailed instructions and handle data confidentially, is essential. Full Training will be provided.

Roles available are**:Data Entry Operatives, Document Scanners & Document Preppers**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Handling Sensitive Information confidentially.
- Interpret and Analyse Data.
- Keying /typing information to set targets accurately
- Meticulously follow processes.
- Decision-making and issue escalation within a framework
- Competently use IT systems and Apps

**Successful applicants must possess the following skills, traits and experience**:

- Able to be security checked to BPSS standards
- Possess good data analytically skills
- Proven ability to use IT systems and apps competently
- Ability to key accurately and to target ensuring a high-quality standard
- Confidentiality
- Understands the need to keep information secure and your responsibilities. Knowledge of GDPR advantageous
- Able to maintain professional standards and follow processes meticulously.
- Strong Team player with a positive can-do attitude

**Shift Pattern**:

- Monday-Friday
- 6am - 2pm OR
- 2pm-10pm

**Paid £10.25 per hour; with the 2pm - 10pm shift having a shift allowance of an additional £10 per shift.**
