Head Therapist

We are looking for a Head Therapist, someone with experience of leading and managing staff preferably in a Spa environment athough a salon background would be considered. You will be supporting / coaching a team of Spa Therapists, however this is also ahands on role.
Duties
- Coaching, supporting and mentoring a team of Spa Therapists.
- Performing Treatments
- Manage, lead and organising.
- Developing the therapists to our standards and focusing on their individual development.
- Stock take and managing the roster for the Spa therapists.
**Requirements**:
- Experience working in a spa between 2-5 years**.**:
Monday - Sunday 40 hours per week
Shifts will be discussed in interview
£30,000 per annum
