**Role Overview**
We are seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented **Marketing Assistant** to support the marketing team in implementing various strategies aimed at increasing our brand visibility, attracting top talent, and reaching new clients. As a part-time role, you will work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and assist in the development of our digital and offline marketing efforts. **Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and post content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to engage with our target audience.
- Update and manage the company website, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and optimised for search engines.
- Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online advertisements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and digital ads, making recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to create content that highlights our recruitment services and success stories.
- Support general administrative tasks related to marketing and communications.

**Required Experience & Skills**
- Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably within recruitment or healthcare, although other relevant industries will be considered.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience with marketing software, such as Google Analytics, Canva, or Mailchimp, is a plus.
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

**How to Apply**

**Duties**
- Support the management of Google Ads campaigns, ensuring optimal performance through regular analysis and adjustments.
- Collaborate with team members on B2B marketing strategies, helping to identify potential clients and develop outreach plans.
