**The Role**:
We have an opportunity for a qualified Dispenser to join our team of highly skilled professionals. Accuracy, diligence and excellent levels of care are at the core this role. We pride ourselves on going that extra mile and building relationships with our patients, so you will need to be able to communicate effectively. You will be driven, passionate and confident in engaging with patients, colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
We are passionate about career development and support our colleagues with learning and training opportunities including Pharmacy Technician training.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide a complete service to customers which finds them a solution tailored to their individual needs
- Ensure all patients receive safe and accurate advice
- Labelling and dispensing prescriptions (Under supervision where applicable).
- Building relationships with patients, GP surgeries, suppliers and other healthcare professionals
- Identify opportunities for services to new patients
**What do you need?**
- CQF/NVQ Level 2 in pharmacy dispensing
- Experience of community pharmacy
- Good attention to detail and high levels of concentration
**About Pharmacy Plus Health**:
Our vision is to transform community pharmacy from a primarily dispensing focus to a service-led role. In combination with our parent company, HubRx, we will liberate the pharmacy team from daily dispensing to focus on delivering clinical services to patients. We need to support the pharmacy team on their transformation journey to free up capacity and reach their full clinical potential.
Our aim is to have an Independent Prescriber in every branch to rethink what our local pharmacy can do, delivering more profitable clinical services and supporting the local doctors and the NHS.

Our Normanton branch is next to the Kings Medical Practice, just off the high street, at the heart of the busy town centre. On our doorstep you will find a wide range of shops and retail outlets.

**Salary**: Up to £28,000.00 per year
