- Are you a qualified electrician looking to share your knowledge and develop others?_

A leading, national business are looking to train qualified electricians to become lecturers, training up apprentices. They will fund your teaching qualifications and you’ll be mentored by other team members.

**The role**:

- Preparing and delivering theory and practical training for apprentices, from health and safety and installation, to fault finding and testing.
- Conducting practical assessments
- Updating learner records and carrying out learner progress reviews
- Monitoring attendance and learning progress
- Flexibility to attend other training centres

**The Person**:

- Fully qualified electricians (JIB Gold Card equivalent) with at least five years’ electrical experience.
- Full driving licence
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- Good communication skills
- Nurturing and encouraging person
- Professionalism to make a good teacher
- A flexible, hard-working individual who is passionate about making a difference
- Ability to meet deadlines whilst maintaining high standards of teaching
- Happy to undergo a DBS check
