**HOME CARE ASSISTANT - GRASMERE, CUMBRIA & SURROUNDING TOWNS**

We are looking for staff with the right qualities and attitude to join our team. We support individuals to live their life to the fullest in the Cumbria and Lancashire area. Without exceptionally qualified and happy staff, we cannot provide the best quality of care to our service users.

**Role Details**:

- Every person you care for is an individual with unique needs and personality.
- Responsibilities include personal care, administering medication, shopping calls, and companionship.
- Set 2-weekly shift pattern with alternate weekends off.
- Working hours are 07:00-22:00 for full-time roles.

**Requirements**:

- Be caring, empathetic, and respectful.
- Be flexible as the role is ever-changing.
- Willing to have an enhanced DBS check completed.
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- UK Driving license essential.
