Job Title: Progress Coach - Construction

**Salary**: Up to £27,011 pa pro rata (Term Time Only)

Hours Per Week: 37

We are actively searching for a Progress Coach to join our Construction Department for 37 hours per week term time only. We will offer a salary of up to £27,011 per year pro rata plus many added incentives including:

**About the Job**
- The Progress Coach will support identified students to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours to succeed and progress onto their intended destination.
- Develop and deliver high quality tutorial sessions in line with the College Quality Framework.
- Develop an individual learning plan with a focus on improving the identified gaps in students’ knowledge, skills, and behaviours.
