**Clinical Negligence & Personal Injury Lawyer (NQ - 2 PQE) - Birmingham
£37,000 - £41,000 - Hybrid Working **My client is a thriving specialist litigation practice in the West Midlands who focus on high quality of work and the freedom to practice law in an innovative and entrepreneurial way that is attractive to clients. The team you will be joining specialises inhigh-value medical negligence and complex personal injury giving you the opportunity to work closely with 2 Associate Directors who are highly regarded practitioners in their fields.
**THE OPPORTUNITY**This is a very unique opportunity for a an NQ-2 PQE Solicitor/ CILEx with an interest in dealing with high-quality work with a focus on Clinical Negligence with some exposure to Complex Injury files.You will be working very closely with the lead Solicitor inthe team, which will provide you with the chance to learn from one of the best and gain valuable experience.
The team are in the process of setting up a whole new brand for their serious injury work and expect a huge increase in work in the coming months. You would also be involved in marketing activities and networking to help support and promote the firm.
**THE CANDIDATE
**The role would be suitable for an NQ-2 PQE Solicitor/ CILEx with similar experience in both Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence including the drafting of witness statements, chronologies and simple schedules of loss.
Ideally you would have sat a seat in Medical Negligence/ ran your own caseload of medical negligence claims or dealt with high value complex personal injury claims.
When my client recruit lawyers at any level, they are looking for individuals with the potential to become future directors of the business, as have many of the existing directors who trained with the firm have done.
