Meraki Talent are working closely with a global Professional Services firm to appoint a Senior Pensions Administrator.

The purpose of this role is to assist the management of pension schemes belonging to the clients of the business. The Senior Pensions Administrator will be responsible for delivering information which enables clients to make informed decisions regarding their pension plans and benefits. To be successful in this role you must have at least 2 years’ experience working as an Administrator dealing specifically with DB and DC pensions and will be an ambitious and enthusiastic leader with the potential to coach trainee administrators.

**Duties**
- Perform complex pension calculations
- Use automated and non-automated manual/system processes across a wide range of member events including retirement and death
- Deal with complaints and difficult queries effectively
- Act as a coach and mentor to administrators
- Peer reviewing work and provide constructive feedback to junior members of the team in a confident manner.
- Sharing industry knowledge with peers
- Organise and priotise workload to meet deadlines
- Continuously hit a target rate of 95%
- Extensive pensions admin experience looking to become a leader in the field
- Have proven pensions (DB or DC) experience is essential to be considered for this role
- Have excellent management skills and have experience of leading
- Be confident while training and coaching staff
