We are looking for a dental receptionist to join our friendly and professional team at St Mellons, Restore Dental Group

The vacancy is for a full time / part time position, to work Monday - Friday.

You must be able to demonstrate that you have good IT skills and knowledge. Previous experience with R4 software would be beneficial.

It is extremely important that you are able to work in a busy environment whilst maintaining patient confidentiality and that you adhere to GDPR regulations. Good organisational skills and excellent time-keeping/management are also important in this role.

Your role will include (but is not limited to):

- Receiving and dealing with patients and visitors in a pleasant and prompt manner at all times.
- Scheduling patient appointments in accordance with practice policies and keeping accurate records of all other liaisons with patients.
- Taking & receipting of all monies.

Restore Dental Group believe that training is key to creating and maintaining the ideal dental team. All new team members are given close support throughout their initial training and will be offered the chance to gain official qualifications relevant to your role on successful completion of probation.
