- Up to £38,500**

We are currently working with a fantastic and unique provider who offer a holistic approach to care and support to adult's and children, to recruit for a Deputy Head of Residential to join their team within their expanding CQC service based in Stourbridge.

**To be successful in this role you must;**
- Have experience working with adults with autism, learning disabilities or complex needs
- Hold a level 5 qualification, or equivalent
- It would be beneficial if you have experience of growing and developing a service
- Be dedicated to delivering outstanding care
