**What we need**

We are seeking an ambitious graduate to join a new type of commercial insurance distribution business targeting sustainable businesses.

As a new business, the primary focus will be to assist with securing new customers. This work will involve:

- Generating new leads through outbound calling and strategic use of social media.
- Supporting Senior Brokers with the assessment of a client's requirements and the design and placement of a suitable insurance program.
- Managing the collation and issuing of policy documentation and premium collection.

We will provide full technical insurance training and to that end no provious insurance experience is required. However, prior experience of a business to business sales environment would be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Graduate, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
