Join our Energy team within the Flow Equipment division in Leeds as a HV Authorised Person. If you are a highly motivated, innovative, organised and a driven Electrical Engineer with a keen eye for detail you can help us take Sulzer Flow Equipment Leeds to the next level.

**In this role you will be accountable for**:

- Carrying out work on and operating equipment referred to as LV, MV and HV up to 13.8kV
- Support the Electrical Engineer with HV Planned maintenance duties
- Accurate Job recording
- Correct storage of electrical equipment
- Ensure consumable electrical equipment is fit for purpose, conforms to health & safety requirements and is acceptable in appearance
- HV/LV equipment and cable control
- Comply with requirements of risk assessments and safety procedures
- A strong focus on achieving tight deadlines while maintaining high electrical standards of work adhering to SOPs and safety documents

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- High Voltage Qualification
- Ability to demonstrate a wide range of knowledge and experience with substation components
- Control, instrumentation and the ability to carry out diagnostic / fault-finding would also be an advantage
- High level of knowledge in equipment, systems, including switchgear, transformers, high voltage cabling, protection and distribution safety rules
- Great team working skills
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivation and flexibility
