HR Co-ordinator

Duties will include, but not limited to:

- Delivery of a variety of HR activities to support employees through the employee life cycle, such as recruitment, onboarding, induction, probation, job changes, absence and leavers;
- Delivery of the monthly payroll such as time and attendance, supplementary pay and payroll queries;
- Delivery of people management training calendar;
- Support line managers with operational HR queries;
- Produce HR correspondence and documentation as required;
- Production of HR reports; and
- Support HR projects as and when required;
Main Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who is able to prioritise their own workload, use their own initiative and is a team player to join our team in Westhill, Aberdeenshire.
