They are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting and caring for children, specifically children with ASD. The school believes in developing children socially, mentally and morally as well as academically to give the children the best possibleopportunities for their futures.

This Redrbidge primary school is looking for a Year 4 ASD Teaching Assistant who can bring enthusiasm, passion and experience to the classroom.

**YEAR 4 ASD TEACHING ASSISTANT - Redbridge**

Key responsibilities within the role:

- Providing support for a student with ASD inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities
- Building and maintaining successful relationships with students, whilst treating them with respect and consideration
- Have the highest expectation that every student will make sustained academic and personal progress
- Ensure that the pupil is ready for the next steps in their learning and is supported to participate and contribute to
