We are looking for an experienced social media manager to join our team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual who is enthusiastic about digital marketing and social media management and who is eager to contribute to our company's success.
- Create engaging content using all mediums including photography and video
- Schedule content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to customer queries and feedback in a timely manner.
- Manage online business profiles and grow our business reviews on these platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies aligned with our marketing goals.
- Analyse performance metrics across PPC, Social and SEO to gauge success and identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct research on industry trends, including competitor analysis.
- Assist in the identification and management of strategic partnerships across St Andrews.
- Organise marketing collateral for door drop campaigns
- Arrange advertising in physical media

It would also be advantageous to have experience in the following areas:

- Website optimisation
- SEO
- Blog development and other CMS
- Meta Search
- Content creation
- Digital design and branding
- Technical ranking analysis and setup
- Backlink optimisation
- Paid Social
- Organic social media
- Paid Media - display ads
- Pay per click (PPC)
- Account management, insights and reporting

About You:

- Passionate about digital marketing and social media.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Some experience with digital marketing tools and platforms preferred.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and willingness to develop in areas like SEO, PPC and content marketing.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
