**THE ROLE**:
A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to oversee an award-winning, regional team. Joining one of the leading law firms in the UK, the Personal Injury Manager’s duties will include monitoring case intake within the team,performance management and appraisals whilst at all times ensuring that the firms’ policies and procedures are upheld. The successful Personal Injury Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that the team reach their financial targets and objectives setand will need to be confident in their ability to identify learning and development needs within the team. This renowned team of experts represent a range of clients who are victims of road traffic accidents, employers’ liability & public liability claimsand assault.
**THE CANDIDATE**:
We want to hear from qualified Personal Injury Solicitors who have gained at least 6 years’ PQE and have prior experience of managing a team. In order to be considered for this role, it is essential that applicants have excellent knowledge of the law relatingto personal injury and the CPR. The appointed Personal Injury Manager must have impeccable communication skills, along with outstanding client care skills and a passion for marketing and business development.
