**Commercial Team Coordinator**

A fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading independent financial advisory and wealth management firms.

The role will require you to work closely to the PA to the Chief Commercial Officer. This role will vary and will be largely dictated by the current needs of the business. This role will enhance the overall service delivery and commercial growth objectives of the business.

**Key Responsibilities as our Commercial Team Coordinator will include**:

- To provide efficient administrative support to the PA to Chief Commercial Officer, Recruitment Director, Employed Adviser Director & Self-Employed Adviser Director.
- Dealing with Holidays, Expenses, Travel Arrangements & office / meeting room bookings.
- Ensuring daily workflow is completed in line with agreed SLA’s
- Adhoc Collation and circulation of management information relating to IFA’s, Contact Centre, Acquisitions
- Any other reasonable request made by PA to Chief Commercial Officer & any senior manager of the business.

**What we are looking for in our ideal Commercial Team Coordinator**:

- Demonstrable experience within a professional services environment delivering an outstanding administrative service
- Effective organisational and planning skills with attention to detail
- Able to work to deadlines.
- Able to forge and develop relationships, including maintaining a courteous and professional approach with advisers and colleagues.
- Delivery focused, with a drive for quality throughout
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have a keen eye for detail and an interest in data with demonstrable experience
- Willing to learn and develop using your own initiative to continuously improve
- An articulate and professional approach to communicating with stakeholders
- Be discrete with potentially sensitive and privileged information.
- To work towards independent task management, as well as building a steady workflow
- Have experience in v-look ups and mail merging is desirable but not essential
