Job Title: Dental Receptionist

Job Summary:
As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting patients and visitors warmly, scheduling appointments efficiently, handling phone calls professionally, managing patient billing processes, updating and maintaining patient records, and providing essential administrative support to the dental team.

**Duties**:

- Welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Efficiently schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar
- Handle phone inquiries in a courteous and informative manner
- Process patient billing accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain up-to-date patient records and ensure data accuracy
- Assist with various administrative tasks to facilitate the smooth operation of the dental practice

**Requirements**:

- Preferred experience in an office or administrative role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with patients and colleagues
- Proficiency in using office software and familiarity with dental management systems
- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
- Capability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic work environment

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience working in a dental or healthcare environment would be advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Additional pay:

- Yearly bonus
