We are currently recruiting for a Senior Leader to join our vibrant and friendly nursery based in Solihull.

The Senior Leader will effectively lead, inspire potential and engage their team to deliver exceptional care and education to continue to be the provider of choice for families and employees.

Below are just a few areas of duties / responsibilities:
*Ensure that all children attending the setting are kept safe and receive rich and stimulating play experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development.
*Assist the manager in ensuring that all legislation in relation to Ofsted registration, special needs, safeguarding and Health and Safety is complied with and that company policies and procedures are adhered to.
*Work closely wiht The Management team to inplement and lead the Professional development

*Co-ordination of tasks and responsibilities and the ability to delegate where necessary
*To develop partnerships with parents/carers to increase involvement in their child’s development.
*To be responsible for any tasks delegated by the Nursery Manager.

**Experience**:
*NVQ Level 3 or higher
*Experience within a similar position preferred

*DSL certified

Salary based on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00-£14.00 per hour
