**Who are we?**

Ambition Community Healthcare are one of the leading complex care providers based In Norfolk.

We have an exciting new role based in and around the Dereham locality.

**The Job Role**:
Support workers will be there to assist the clients with all her daily needs and in some cases activities outside the home. This care is a key part of their weekly schedule and gives respite to them or their parents or guardians.

This is a part time position between 12 and 24 hours per week and alternate weekends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Personal care including bowel management
- Medication management
- Moving and Handling including the use of a hoist.
- Epilepsy
- Social interaction
- Completion of daily recording paperwork
- Reporting safeguarding concerns

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50-£13.25 per hour

Shift:

- Day shift
