**Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Primary School in Lewisham**

A vibrant primary school in Lewisham is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to support students in a diverse and inclusive learning environment, helping them reach their full potential.

**About the Role**
As an LSA, you will work alongside class teachers to provide essential support for students, particularly those with additional learning needs. You will help create an inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere and assist in delivering tailored support to meet the diverse needs of the pupils.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and classroom management.
- Work with individual students or small groups to enhance their learning experience.
- Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs (SEN).
- Assist with classroom activities and ensure all students are included and engaged.
- Provide feedback on student progress and behaviour to the teaching staff.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A genuine passion for supporting children and their learning.
- Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to helping students.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
