Ginger Lily Catering are looking for dedicated front of house staff to join our Events Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of creating memorable experiences for guests at weddings and events. We also have a umbrella of business that require front of house staff across 4 sites.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional guest services during weddings and events
- Collaborate with wedding venues and bar staff to ensure seamless event execution
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet event requirements
- Organise event setups and ensure all details are meticulously attended to
- Manage time efficiently to deliver services within specified timelines
- Utilise upselling techniques to enhance guest experience

**Skills**:

- Experience in guest services within the event and wedding industry
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
- Strong organisational abilities to coordinate event logistics smoothly
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Ability to upsell services or products to enhance guest satisfaction
