**What You’ll Do**:

- Support Students: Provide personalized assistance to students with special educational needs, whether individually or in small groups.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.
- Relevant Qualifications: Certifications in education or childcare (e.g., Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent) are desirable.
- Educational Background: A good standard of education, with GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C or above (or equivalent), is preferred.
- Key Skills: Strong communication, patience, and a deep commitment to working with children with special needs.
Adaptability: The ability to work in different educational settings and adjust to the varied needs of students.
