We are a business to business Coaching company that runs over 40 events per year, that need filling, and we are looking for a sales person to do just that.

We have an awesome client community and database and produce loads of leads, but we need someone to call and convert them

Our team are awesome, fun, creative and there is a great camaraderie,, with opportunities to travel and meet lots of people in a motivational environment.

What we do, coaches business owners how to grow their businesses and make more money, so our clients love us, and what you sell really serves them and helps them.

We run a series of one day events, 4 day residential events a 12 month mastermind and annual conferences too.

**What Skills do you need**:

- Personality to get on with a range of people
- Good listener, to understand and help them find a solution to their needs
- Good learner, to learn a bit about the product and how we can serve them
- Flexibility in this role, is key
- Good Telephone Manner

**Your Role**
- Ticket Sales for our coaching events
- Ticket Upgrades from existing ticket sales
- Scheduled Call conversion
- Digital and physical Conference Ticket Sales
- Calling back leads generated such as pre carts from marketing
- Calling the new fresh data leads

**What we are looking for**
- Friendly clear and good communication style
- Someone who gets excited by doing a sale, because you know that has helped someone
- No fear of picking up the phone
- Tenacious in making follow up calls 1,2 and 3
- Clear and understandable voice

Our environment is modern and funky (think Google space) BUT we DON’T sit around waiting for the phone to ring, we do NOT like negativity or naysayers, we LOVE positivity, hard workers and FUN people, but also those that can work well on their own to achieve certain tasks when needed.

You will either be based in the office, work remotely or a mixture of both and you are welcome to join us at our events as appropriate.

We would encourage you to continuously develop your skills - We have a STRONG learning culture and CPD requirement - but FUN learning, much from US coaches, online and occasionally physically overseas.

Earnings will depend on your success, as this is a very commission focused role we would expect you to earn (£45k-£55k on target earnings) in your first year, plus expenses.

Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
