ROVI’s portfolio of products in the research and development phase is numerous. The first product development using this technology, OKEDI® (Risperidone ISM®) provides a rapid and sustained release (over one month) of risperidone, a second-generation antipsychotic medicine and will be soon launched in the UK.

ROVI Biotech Ltd is looking for a **Field Support Specialist**. You be responsible for providing day-to-day support for the staff, as well as supporting local and global initiatives.

**ROLE PURPOSE**

**ROVI Biotech Limited** is looking for a Field Support Specialist. You be responsible for providing day-to-day support for the staff, as well as supporting local and global initiatives.

**The main role responsibilities will be**:
**Marketing, Commercial & Medical Activities**
- Coordinate with the Commercial Lead, Medical Lead and Country Manager to provide support on the commercial and medical initiatives.
- Support the KAMs and MSLs in the organisation of national, regional, and local events.
- Coordinate the signature of contracts with HCPs attending medical initiatives
- Ad-hoc tasks for the commercial and medical team
- Co-ordinate with the global team, follow up on pending tasks, and support local reporting.
- Promotional and educational materials research and liaison with suppliers.
- Sharing marketing materials with staff and customers, when requested
- Managing copy approval status of certified materials.
- Tracking medical information requests.

**Staff support**
- Act as main point of contact for off-site employees on all office related matters
- Communicate professionally with sales staff and deliver solutions when issues arise.
- Internal events - guest lists, dietary requirements, sourcing food & drink suppliers etc

**Customer support**
- Deal with ad hoc queries from customers and provide information or channel to relevant colleague as required.

**IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**

**Qualifications**:

- Degree (preferably in a related field, pharma or similar, marketing)

**Experience & Competencies**:

- Similar position in pharma industry or similar preferably in a small organisation.

**Knowledge & Skills**:

- Excellent English language communication skills are essential, both verbal and written.
- Capable of working on own initiative.
- Skills in administration, coordination, and project support

**Salary**: From £30,000.00 per year
