Our users are growing, our product range is growing and now, we need a new Saas Sales Consultant, to help us to continue to grow.

We are on the hunt for a creative and passionate sales consultant who has an understanding of SaaS products.

**Salary**: 30K-45K Basic - OTE 70-80 (depending on experience).

About the role

Reporting to the Sales Director, as part of your role you’ll be:

- Building and maintaining a comprehensive working knowledge of the property industry,
- estate agency business and the typical problems encountered in estate agency that can be solved by technology
- Identifying problems and uncovering specific customer needs on a prospect’s existing
- CRM software and finding solutions through our functionality.
- Working to understand and ultimately advocate for our products from a value standpoint and demonstrating advanced product knowledge in customer conversations
- Delivering product demos to prospective clients, nurturing prospects and closing sales
- Managing inbound leads from our marketing and outbound team - and doing your own lead generation through outbound calling and social selling via linkedin and other
- channels towards your monthly target
- Scheduling outside calls and meeting with customers in a sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge
- Working alongside other members of the sales team and the marketing team to plan activity and to help refine messaging on product value
- Hitting and exceeding monthly sales and key performance targets

Flexibility / remote working

What are we looking for?

To be successful in this role ideally you will have:

- 2+ years of experience working in a Saas company, in particular software / B2B sales
- Strong sales discipline and a people orientation
- An undergraduate degree in a business or social science related field
- Great written and verbal communication.
- Public speaking and /or product demonstration skills and experience
- Experience presenting solutions and product demonstrations based on your audience, the prospect’s needs and industry dynamics.
- A demonstrated ability to obtain and close new business opportunities to achieve your targets.
- Ideally you have an understanding of how the real estate industry works and how digital products can improve day to day functions although this is not a deal breaker.

And some core basics:

- Experience in using Hubspot.
- A continuous improvement approach to everything you do.
- High attention to detail and quality orientated.
