**About The Role**:
**Salary**: £23,500 per annum
**Location**:Colchester, with travel required across North Essex
**Hours**: Full time, 37 hours a week, Monday - Thursday 08:30am - 16:30pm, Friday 08:30am - 16:00pm. Flexibility working outside of the core hours is required, including evenings and weekends.

- As an Inclusive Employment Job Coach, you’ll be key in ensuring our customers, who are predominately people with learning disabilities and/or autism, are coached using Training in Systemic Instruction (TSI) methods into employment, volunteering and/or community outcomes dependant on the customer’s choice and their specific employment targets.
**About You**:
You will be responsible for a cohort of customers, ensuring that they are confident to settle into their paid employment and/or volunteering.

**To be considered for the role of Inclusive Employment Job Coach, you need**:
- Experience of directly supporting adults with a learning disability and/or autism
- To be confident in building and maintaining relationships
- The ability to work and succeed in a target driven environment
- Exceptional and adaptable communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team, but also on your own initiative
