Sport Aberdeen wish to appoint a tennis professional to operate as Aberdeen Tennis Centre Head Coach. We are looking for a professional, fun and dynamic individual to deliver our mini, junior and adult tennis programmes, focusing on participation and inclusion.

Summary of Head Coach Duties include:

- Deliver high quality tennis coaching within the Sport Aberdeen, ‘**Aberdeen Tennis Academy’ **programme at Aberdeen Tennis Centre;
- The Head Coach will be responsible for mentoring and advising Assistant Tennis Coaches and other members of the coaching team who are recently qualified.
- Promote, and be involved in the running of Sport Aberdeen tennis tournaments and competition programme.
- Undertake limited administrative duties. Such as support the operation of Aberdeen Tennis Academy player progression and shifts in line with LTA framework
- We offer a competitive salary and benefits package that rewards success. In addition, you will have the opportunity to increase earning potential by delivering **private coaching on an enhanced rate of pay at £26.25 per hour**.
