As Mechanical Site Manager you will be responsible for monitoring and supervising all aspects of the mechanical works which includes ensuring that safety, quality and cost standard are adhered when delivering high end residential and commercial projects

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervision of site Mechanical installations.
- Ensure that a project is adequately staffed
- Ensure that the project is staying on or under budget
- Quality control
- Witness tests
- Ensuring SHE standards are maintained and safe systems of work are being adhered to.
- Ordering/calling off materials to site
- Read Programmes
- Giving toolbox talks
- Client progression meetings
- Report project progress to Contrast Manager
- Completing daily reports for clients
- Producing method statements and risk assessments
- Liaising with main contractor/client/sub-contractors.
- Time management of contractors/tasks.
- Completing paperwork relevant for key stages of projects.
- Attending meetings with other trades/builder to ensure smooth collaborations and that expectations/time deadlines are met.
- Subcontractor management

**Essential**:

- Minimum of 5 years supervisor experience
- Computer Literate use of Word, Excel and other programmes
- C&G / NVQ Level 3 - Mechanical Engineering Services
- Previous experience working on commercial projects
- Essential knowledge of plumbing systems
- Good knowledge and understanding of building services, design principles, method statements, inspection test plans, commissioning, and handover requirements.
