They are looking for Branch Merchandise Admin Assistant who can offer daily administrative and analytical assistance. This diverse position is situated within the Buying and Merchandising Department and involves collaborating with suppliers and stores to ensure the efficient operation of the concessions department.

**Key responsibilities of this Branch Merchandise Admin Assistant**:

- Providing administrative assistance such as communicating with stores and suppliers, handling paperwork, participating in meetings, and maintaining supplier records.
- Cultivating relationships and collaborating closely with suppliers and stores to manage the daily operations of the concession.
- Assisting in the establishment and acquisition of new concessions to enhance sales expansion, which involves managing paperwork and coordinating deliveries.
- Collaborating with stores and area managers to pinpoint and focus on key product categories for enhancement and advancement.
- Generating sales reports and conducting analysis.
- Delivering reports on concession and store performance to facilitate decision-making, monitor outcomes, validate concession viability, and formulate future action plans.
