**The Role**
A great opportunity has arisen for a production operative to join a long-established business in Uckfield. Working as part of a team of twelve the Factory Operative will be predominantly responsible for assembling a variety of products and packing goodsup into retail packaging. In time you will learn some basic machinery skills.
- Select and move product components
- Learn to machine materials and components
- Assemble products
- Pack products
**Requirements**:
We are ideally looking for the successful production operative to have some experience in a factory / assembly environment, however full training can be provided for someone with a good attitude and good dexterity. Ideally you will be confident using handtools, or very willing to learn, and be comfortable working in a production line environment.
