We are a well established medium size family run Financial Services Practice. We have offered a friendly professional advisory service to clients since 1978.
Our team currently comprises; two wealth advisers, one mortgage & protection adviser, a Practice Manager and 3 experienced administrators.
We are currently recruiting for a Mortgage and Protection Administrator on a part time basis - **3 days per week. **Starting salary £25,000 to £30,000 pro rata. (£15,000 to £18,000 on a part time basis.)

**Purpose of the role**:
**Your role will be to support the advisers and ensure the smooth delivery of customer service and client communication.**
- “To provide admin support with mortgage and protection business to advisers, increasing their productive time with clients to deliver advice & write new business._
- To liaise with advisers, clients, providers, agents, solicitors, doctors & other professionals as required._
**You will be onboarding new clients and liaising with existing ones to update them on the progress of their cases.**
**Duties will include**:
- Research mortgage and protection options to assist the advisers.
- Production of mortgage and protection quotes.
- Updating business systems with client information.
- Updating client Fact Finds.
- Creating suitability reports for Mortgage and Protection business.
- Processing new business through to completion.
- Managing client service requests to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Maintaining client files and keeping clients updated through the process.
- Arranging reviews and preparing documentation.
- Contacting providers to obtain up to date plan information for existing protection plans.
- Logging new business in Intelligent Office (CRM)
- Chasing providers, agents, solicitors, doctors and other professionals
- Cross referencing supporting documents (ID, income and Bank statements)
- Scanning, filing and maintaining client files.
- Checking requirements for cases within OWS and attaching required information.
- Mortgage invoices to be sent out when required.
- Reconcile mortgage and protection business using Open Access. Any unpaid business to be chased.
- Communication with clients who are coming to end of their mortgage deal.
- Assisting and requesting information from clients - including completion of trust documents.
**Experience required**
- Two years + mortgage administration experience.
- Some industry qualifications desirable.
- Dedicated, adaptable and committed to continuous personal development.
- Excellent communication skills and able to build client trust and confidence.
- Strong attention to detail, an organised approach and able to prioritise and remain calm under pressure.
- Good overall knowledge of mortgage lender and protection criteria and compliance.
- Good Microsoft and diary management skills.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 per week
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
