**About us**

We are 4 brothers looking for a carer or carers to help us take care of our mum who is elderley and declining with altzheimers. Our hope is that she can be cared for at home for as long as possible. She lives in Hawkley Hall, Wigan. We all live close by.

Wea are looking for support every morning and evening with one morning a week and one evening a week off to help our mum get up, wash, eat and get ready for bed. Idealy around 0800-0930 mornings and 2000-2130 evenings.

Mum lives in Hawkley Hall in Wigan. We are not offering sponsorship. All applicants must have excelent standard of english.

- Provide compassionate and personalized care to seniors in their homes or assisted living facilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate individuals
- Collaborate with case managers and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

- Previous experience in senior care or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic first aid procedures
- Ability to administer medications accurately and safely
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with seniors
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions effectively
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed
