**Legal Assistant - Private Client
Fareham, Hampshire
High Street firms seeks an enthusiastic Legal Assistant for the support at this established and very friendly local firm.**
If you enjoy being part of a busy professional legal team and would like a varied role that involves client diary management, general administrative and office tasks to ensure the smooth running of client cases this would be a perfect role for you.
You'd be tasked with opening new client files, sending out client care letters, filing, communicating with clients and third parties, drafting letters, document management
Prior experience in Private Client work (Wills, LPAs, Probate, IHT, Trusts etc.) would be highly beneficial but previous experience in a team that concerns legal matters of for the individual (as opposed to commercially focused) would also be suitable for therole. Further training could also be provided for the right individual.
The firm would like to speak to those who consider themselves organised, personable, confident in communicating with clients and generally keen to help out and contribute.
