**About us**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the kitchen staff with food preparation and cooking tasks
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Remove trash and recycling from the kitchen area/ Bathrooms.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished
- Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines
- Adhere to proper food handling and storage procedures
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food preparation is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £8.00-£12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
