**Role Overview**: As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the listing and optimization of their products on various online platforms, with a primary focus on eBay and Amazon. Your keen eye for detail and strategic mindset will be instrumental in enhancing product visibility, driving traffic, and increasing conversion rates. Beyond listing products, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing, customer support, and overall ecommerce success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and optimize product listings on eBay and Amazon, adhering to best practices for keywords, images, and descriptions to maximize search rankings and sales.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels across platforms to prevent stockouts and overselling.
- Analyze sales performance data and implement data-driven strategies to improve product performance and overall ecommerce profitability.
- Help to develop compelling product content and marketing campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, shipping, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with ecommerce trends, marketplace policies, and industry developments to adapt and refine our strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in ecommerce operations, with a focus on listing products on eBay and Amazon.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, SEO, and digital marketing principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ecommerce software/tools.
- A proactive problem solver with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.

**Location**: Leeds LS28, United Kingdom

**Salary**: £25,000 per annum (negotiable on experience)
