That's why we need you, a pragmatic, delivery-focused professional with proven experience in delivering the best service to our clients, with solid organisation & relationship skills to meet the fast-paced demands of our clients. You will be responsible for heading up the recruitment department, building on the existing processes.

In this role, you will act as a recruitment consultant and find the best talent for our clients. The beauty of this role is you will also act as a consultant to many of our clients and support them in building a successful recruitment structure in-house for their businesses. (don't worry if you haven't done this before; we have plenty of support for you to grow your skill sets. (the right attitude is all that's required)

You will need a good knowledge of google docs, drive and sheets, as well as ATS (applicant tracking system); experience with firefish would be an advantage. You will also need to have a good eye for detail and provide constructive feedback to our clients on the recruitment progress.

Key Responsibilities
- Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate their skills and qualifications
- Entering job applicants' CVs and contact details into the company database for future reference
- Meeting with new clients to develop and expand business opportunities
- Achieving recruitment quotas and business development targets each month
- Meeting company deadlines and targets
- Business development through 80+ of Best HR clients we support with HR & Training across the UK

Commission and incentives reward is below, this is based on meeting the company objectives and strict criteria:

- If you successfully two roles you will receive £250 per role filled
- If you successfully three roles you will receive £500 per role filled
- Base package of £25K per annum
- 28 days basic holiday rising to 34 days
