Avanti recruitment are currently working with a Software company based in the heart of London and are easily commutable via the tube. The company specialize in providing consultancy and software systems to the financial industry. Their platform is used globallyand is highly regarded as the most used software choice for asset finance companies.

You will be working alongside a very knowledgeable development team using the latest technologies. Most of the colleagues hold 1st class degrees in computer science and have a strong development background and a passion for writing clean/reusable code followingTDD.

You will be given a training program when you start to help you integrate into the team and help you get up to date with their technologies as well as progression routes. You will have the chance to branch off into different areas once you have proven yourabilities if you find an interest in a different part of the company.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent Java experience
- Excellent Hibernate experience
- Spring
- Agile

The company occasionally send some of their developers to development conventions such as Devoxx, JavaOne and Qcon.

The salary on offer for this position is up to £80,000, alongside this you will also get 25 days holiday, 6% Pension match, Life insurance, company performance bonuses and many more.
