**Voids Planner**

**Location**: Grimsby / Boston (Agile Working)

**Salary**: £20,197 - £23,761 per annum

LHP are really pleased as they’ve just had an internal promotion, which has now created a vacancy for a Planner to join the voids team.

**The Role**

As a Planner, you will provide exceptional standards of customer service and optimise productivity through effective planning and works scheduling. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both the Customer Contact Centre and Trade Supervisionfunctions whilst always operating in accordance with departmental practices, standing orders, and financial processes and regulations to enable the department to achieve its objectives in terms of time, cost and quality of service.

**What will I be asked to do as a Planner?**
- Schedule resource ensuring all operatives have a full day’s work and that productivity is optimised for either Voids or Responsive Engineers
- Ensure all work is closed out and tasks are completed
- Advise residents if engineers are running late and if necessary, reschedule appointment at resident’s convenience
- Reschedule any follow-on work reported by engineers from site
- Ensure all time slots are correct for the tasks required as necessary
- Regular and consistently update the Voids Planner for the regional area that you are assigned.
- Take customer calls, diagnose repairs, agree appointments, and allocate works as necessary
- Inform Supervisors and relevant managers if engineers miss appointments

**What skills, attributes and experience will I need as a Planner?**
- Experience Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision or as part of a team
- Customer focused with a commitment to exceptional service delivery
