At Midland Regional Printers Ltd, we are currently seeking an experienced Gluing Operator to work along side our growing team. **This is a day shift with potential double day shift working in the future.**

**Specific requirements**
- To be responsible for the operation of all gluing equipment in a safe and productive manner.
- To ensure the smooth day-to-day running of gluing equipment.
- To ensure that work is produced in a timely and efficient manner.
- To operate as a Gluing Operative, being responsible for running and maintaining all available equipment within the department as required; use of other equipment may also be required, full training will be given.

**Skills required**:

- To be working in a similar gluing operator role in a print or packaging company.
- To be able to operate Vega folder gluing machines.
- Experience in straightline, sidewall, Lockbottom/Crashlock and 4 Corner gluing.

In addition you will also be a good communicator, work closely with the Production Department, literate, enthusiastic, possess a keen eye for detail and will have the ability to produce top quality results, working to tight deadlines.
